He holds degrees from Princeton Theological Seminary and Fuller Theological Seminary and served congregations in Minnesota, Kansas, Illinois, and Michigan. Phil was the founding Executive Director of Pinnacle Forum Illinois, which has been vigorous and dynamic for over twenty years. Phil has been actively involved in forming and facilitating Pinnacle Forums all of this time—Forums are his passion! Currently, Phil is engaged in two research and writing projects: "The Sabbath Season: A Spirituality for Retirement and Beyond" and "Faith: Power, Purpose, and Energy."
Kevin Youngblood

Kevin Youngblood is a decorated Marine Corps combat veteran, educator, and serial entrepreneur. He co-founded Calvary Christian School in 1985 and later launched Odysseyware to support at-risk students, eventually selling the company to a venture fund. He’s mentored startups through GCU Canyon Ventures and now serves as Executive Director of Music Serving the Word. In 2024, he earned a Master’s in Ministry at age 61. Married nearly 40 years, Kevin has three children, three grandchildren, and attends Church on Mill in Tempe with his wife, Margie.
